NeSCC Policy 02.11.03 Recording and Removal of an Incomplete

The faculty are responsible for recording final grades and submitting the grades to the Office of Admissions and Records at a time designated after the scheduled last examination for each course. A copy of the grade book (including grades and attendance) is submitted to the academic division office. Once a grade has been submitted to the Office of Admissions and Records, it may not be changed without the approval of the academic dean and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
