Purpose

The Substantive Change Advisory Subcommittee shall meet quarterly to monitor modifications and expansions to the institution that may require reporting to a regulatory agency (this includes, but is not limited to, SACSCOC, the Department of Education, and the Department of Veterans Affairs). The subcommittee shall advise the President regarding any potential substantive changes. In addition, the chair of the subcommittee shall present a report to Cabinet quarterly that details 1) recently reported substantive changes and 2) impending substantive changes.

  • Assistant Vice President for Research, Analytics, and Planning

  • Director of Financial Aid
  • Veteran & Military Student Success Center Director
  • Vice President for Academic Affairs
  • Vice President for Economic and Workforce Development
