Chapter 2: Academics02:08:00 Class Rolls and Attendance Reports
Faculty members are responsible for verifying student attendance, maintaining student attendance records, and reporting student attendance as required. Dates for reporting student attendance will be provided by the appropriate administrative office(s).
The official class rolls must be carefully reviewed and corrections sent to the office of Admissions and Records by the faculty member. Any student in the class at that time who is not on the official class roll must be sent to the office of Admissions and Records to clear up this discrepancy. It is the responsibility of the faculty member to ensure that students who are not on the official class rolls do not attend class.
