Chapter 6: College Committees & Advisory Councils06:09:00 Curriculum Subcommittee
Purpose
The Curriculum Subcommittee will receive and review proposed curriculum changes to include course additions/deletions, changes to existing programs, and proposals for new academic programs.
Membership
- Faculty Member on the Subcommittee elected by the Subcommittee members, Chair
- Faculty (12) – Term of service will be two years:
- Faculty (2): elected by Faculty in the Behavioral and Social Sciences Division
- Faculty (2): elected by Faculty in the Health Professions Division
- Faculty (2): elected by Faculty in the Humanities Division
- Faculty (2): elected by Faculty in the Mathematics Division
- Faculty (2): elected by Faculty in the Science Division
- Faculty (2): elected by Faculty in the Technologies Division
- Student (1): appointed by the Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success
- Academic Computing Manager, Non-voting
- Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs Programs and Services, Non-Voting
- Assistant Vice President for Research, Analytics, and Planning, Non-voting
- Coordinator of Accessibility Services, Non-voting
- Director of Advising, Non-voting
- Director of Financial Aid, Non-Voting
- Librarian (1): appointed by the President, Non-voting
- Registrar, Non-voting
- Vice President for Academic Affairs, Non-voting
