Academic deans conduct regular meetings at which all divisional faculty members are expected to be present.  The dean will transmit information to the faculty members of the division for discussion, clarification, and questions.  Academic and other related items should be discussed during these divisional meetings.  Reports and proposals by faculty should be presented by the academic deans and/or faculty representatives to the appropriate college committees and/or the appropriate vice president.
