Chapter 3: Student Affairs03:05:09 Disposition of Abandoned Property
All lost or abandoned property is subject to the custody of the state as unclaimed property. If the College has an address presumed to be accurate, a written notice to the apparent owner will be sent informing them that the College is in possession of the property. All property with a value that exceeds $50 and has remained unclaimed for more than one year is presumed abandoned.
