Purpose
The purpose of the Strategic Enrollment Management Committee is to provide a comprehensive and coordinated college-wide review for existing recruitment, retention and student success efforts that support the College’s Strategic Plan, Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, Achieve the Dream initiatives, and overall mission of Northeast State Community College. This committee will provide review, recommendations, and implementation for each of these areas utilizing data to ensure existing programs are sustainable, efficient, and effective for all student demographics.

- Off-campus Site Representative: appointed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs
- Registrar
- Student Representative: appointed by the Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success
- Chief Financial Officer, Non-voting
- Vice President for Academic Affairs, Non-voting
- Vice President for Inclusive Excellence and Sponsored Programs, Non-voting
- Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success, Non-voting
Subcommittees supporting this committee are determined by the goals, strategies and tactics as outlined in the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan on an annual basis, as determined by committee review.
