Purpose 

The purpose of the Strategic Enrollment Management Committee is to provide a comprehensive and coordinated college-wide review for existing recruitment, retention and student success efforts that support the College’s Strategic Plan, Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, Achieve the Dream initiatives, and overall mission of Northeast State Community College. This committee will provide review, recommendations, and implementation for each of these areas utilizing data to ensure existing programs are sustainable, efficient, and effective for all student demographics.

  1. Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Services - Chair
  2. Business Intelligence Analyst
  3. Business Office Representative
  4. Dean, Student Services
  5. Director, Financial Aid
  6. Director of Marketing
  7. Director of Retention and Dean of Advising
  8. Dual Enrollment Representative: appointed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs
  9. Faculty Senate President
  10. Information Technology Representative
  11. Vice President for Economic and Workforce Development
  12. Off-campus Site Representative:  appointed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs
  13. Registrar
  14. Student Representative: appointed by the Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success
  15. Chief Financial Officer, Non-voting
  16. Vice President for Academic Affairs, Non-voting
  17. Vice President for Inclusive Excellence and Sponsored Programs, Non-voting
  18. Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success, Non-voting

Subcommittees supporting this committee are determined by the goals, strategies and tactics as outlined in the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan on an annual basis, as determined by committee review.
