The purpose of the Strategic Enrollment Management Committee is to provide a comprehensive and coordinated college-wide review for existing recruitment, retention and student success efforts that support the College’s Strategic Plan, Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, Achieve the Dream initiatives, and overall mission of Northeast State Community College. This committee will provide review, recommendations, and implementation for each of these areas utilizing data to ensure existing programs are sustainable, efficient, and effective for all student demographics.


  1. Dean of Enrollment Management and Executive Director for Recruitment - Chair
  2. Assistant Vice President for Student Success and Dean of Students
  3. Business Intelligence Analyst
  4. Business Office Representative
  5. Dean, Student Services
  6. Director, Financial Aid
  7. Director of Marketing
  8. Director of Retention and Dean of Advising
  9. Dual Enrollment Representative: appointed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs
  10. Faculty Senate President
  11. Information Technology Representative
  12. Vice President for Economic and Workforce Development
  13. Off-campus Site Representative:  appointed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs
  14. Registrar
  15. Student Representative: appointed by the Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success
  16. Chief Financial Officer, Non-voting
  17. Vice President for Academic Affairs, Non-voting
  18. Vice President for Administration and Grant Development, Non-voting
  19. Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success, Non-voting

Subcommittees supporting this committee are determined by the goals, strategies and tactics as outlined in the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan on an annual basis, as determined by committee review.
