Chapter 6: College Committees & Advisory Councils06:06:00 Committee for Recruitment, Enrollment, and Retention of Underrepresented Populations
Purpose: The Committee for Recruitment, Enrollment, and Retention of Underrepresented Populations shall advise and assist the College in assessing and updating recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies for underrepresented student populations. The Committee shall report its assessment of the effectiveness of its efforts to the President on an annual basis and will recommend any modifications to these efforts as deemed necessary. The Committee shall also review and recommend students for the award of grants available under the diversity scholarship programs. Members of the Committee are appointed by the College President.

- Chair, Cultural Activities Committee
- Dean of Enrollment Management and Executive Director for Recruitment
- Dean of Student Services
- Director of Financial Aid
- Director of Human Resources
- Director of Scholarship Programs
- Executive Director of the Foundation, Non-voting
- Faculty (2): Designated by the Vice President for Academic Affairs
- Lab Assistant, The Learning Center
- Registrar
- Student (1): Designated by the Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success
- Vice President for Academic Affairs, Non-voting
- Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Student Success, Non-voting
