Chapter 4: Business & Administration

04:44:00 Release of Student Directory Information to Third Parties

A request for Northeast State Community College student directory information made by an organization external to the College should be directed to the office of Admissions and Records. The organization requesting such information must complete and submit a Request for Enrolled Student Directory Information form. A fee of $1 per page may be assessed. Disclosures of student information shall be made in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) guidelines.
