Computer and Technology Related Work Requests: Service requests for installation and maintenance of computers and computer related hardware and software should be requested via the electronic IT Help Desk system. The IT Help Desk system automatically assigns work according to category. Urgent services requests should be presented to the director of Computer User Support Services for more immediate attention.
Purchases: Purchases of computers, computer software, and computer related hardware should be reviewed with Computer User Support Services staff to ensure compatibility and integration with institutional standards and existing technology.
