Northeast State Community College is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all employees. The policy of the College is one of zero tolerance for acts of threats of workplace violence. The commission of violent acts or threats of violence, expressed or implied, intended to harm, intimidate, harass or frighten co-workers or other individuals will not be tolerated. The possession of firearms and/or deadly or dangerous weapons on college property is prohibited. Any employee who engages in such misconduct will face serious disciplinary consequences, including possible criminal charges.
