Chapter 5: Personnel

05:03:02 Release of Information about Students

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 prohibits the release of information concerning a student unless the student has signed a release form. Therefore, faculty and staff employed by Northeast State Community College are prohibited from releasing any information about a student. Requests for the release of information about a student should be referred to the office of the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Services. For additional information, consult the College Catalog and Student Handbook.
