TBR Guideline P-020 Procedures for the Implementation of the 37.5 Hour Work Week 

It is the policy of Northeast State Community College to provide compensatory time in lieu of overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 37.5 hours per week to non-exempt/support staff employees. Compensatory time earned will be recorded by payroll at time and one half for hours over 40, less any leave or holidays during the workweek. For calculation purposes a workweek is defined as Sunday through Saturday. Compensatory time earned should be used before annual leave. 

Division offices are responsible for adherence to this policy as well as TBR Guideline P-020.
