Ability to demonstrate technical sketching, manual drawing, and computer-aided drawing skills to an acceptable level required in modern manufacturing and industry.
2.
Ability to develop drawings using both two dimensional (2D) and three dimensional (3D) CAD software.
3.
Ability to prepare properly documented orthographic drawings, sectional drawings, and auxiliary view drawings.
4.
Ability to apply appropriate blueprint dimensioning and tolerance using both manual and computeraided design techniques.
5.
Ability to, upon completion of the program, all students will demonstrate critical thinking skills for inquiry and analysis, assimilation of facts and knowledge, and problem solving.
